 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My car broke down on a road trip and thank goodness this place is open 24/7. We towed the car in on Sat and we were back on the road on Monday.
Special shout out to Michael!!! He is a rock star and went above and beyond to communicate and explain things the whole way through the process. The staff is great! They were professional and also joked around with me to make a stressful experience less stressful.
When I drove away, I was completely comfortable knowing I would get back home safely. They made sure everything was working properly so that we were safe on the road.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am glad to discover this shop. Open 24/7 meaning that I can drop off or pick up my car at any time of a day. I like the way they "working with me" by explaining what problem needs immediate attention and what can wait.
Would appreciate if there would be some "specials" from time to time. That's only one little "wrinkle ".

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This shop was highly recommended to me by some friends that live in the area. So, we brought our car all the way up from Green Valley Ranch to get service here after getting a ridiculous estimate from a Nissan dealership.

Everyone here is very polite, helpful and direct about what is needed. Their pricing definitely Beats any dealership or other quotes that I've gotten. The lobby is very nice and the experience feels honest and authentic.

I always want to support local businesses, but I am not afraid to turn away from any local business that seems shady or dishonest. I highly recommend Zip Zap, I really get the feeling that they are trying to work with their customers, provide honest service and keep cars on the road.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These guys have a really nice shop and although I paid alittle more for a smog, they did a full inspection and also have free ice cream in the lobby.  I was in and out by the time I finished the ice cream cone.
