Had my car repaired at Zip Zap Auto...I must say this is the BEST service that I have received from an auto shop here in Las Vegas. Jack is very professional and very knowledgeable about cars...not just the make and model of my car, but all cars. He made me well aware of what was wrong with my car plus any other existing problem(s). The staff was very friendly and courteous, plus there's a bonus for the wait. The office has cookies, ice cream and a variety of colds sodas and teas. I will definitely return to Zip Zap Auto for any future repairs. Zip Zap Auto and staff...YOU ROCK!!!

Highly recommend this place. Had brakes done yesterday (at a great price!!!) and they were able to replace a tail light that 3 other places said "only the dealership could do." Their customer service is spot on!👍👍👍

Zip zap was and is just amazing to me. I have finally found a crew that is honest and just fantastic. They did my brakes and rotors and a flash. I brought my jaguar back to them just a few days later when my ac went out. The looked at it that same afternoon noon and had my car back to me early the next day. The air is ice cold and blowing great. The entire team is so friendly and caring it amazed me. I have been in Vegas for over 29 years and have found the perfect place to take my car. If you don’t use zip zap auto you are simply missing the boat. They are simply on there A game.

My initial thought when I walked in was how clean the office is then I turned my head to find drinks and ICE CREAM ! Jack was very honest about my car and let me know exactly what I need done and things that I could wait on. I truly appreciate that because as a women getting honest help is slim in the automotive department . Overall best experience I’ve had yet . I will be returning for all auto repairs if needed.

I hate mechanics because they always lie. These guys were amazing. Most honest people I ever met in my life. They told me what is wrong with my car and put everything in order from important to non-important. I will defiantly always bring my car to them. Glad I found this place cause not once was I scared of what was "Broken" on my car. I even told them things I noticed and instead of them adding more the guy was telling me less expensive ways to handle the situation. Amazing service.

I have used Zip Zap for maintenance, and minor and major repairs, and have always been very happy with them. Their prices were much more competitive than the dealer; however, they never badmouthed the dealer. They did everything that I as a customer needed. The work was done right the first time, Their explanations of the work necessary was clear, and they never recommended work beyond what was needed. They were very good about explaining what was necessary, and why. They were available if I had questions after the work was done. All in all, I would say that they went the extra mile to make sure I became a repeat customer.
